The coordinator manages the group. Each traveler can pay for their own seat, in full or over monthly payments on eligible bookings, as long as it’s done before the group’s final payment date.

Mission fundraising rarely lands all at once. On eligible bookings each traveler can choose to pay monthly with Affirm, so the group can lock in the fare while members pay over time. The one rule: every seat has to be paid for by the group’s final payment date.

Do you offer missionary flights and humanitarian airfare?
We quote group pricing for mission, church and humanitarian teams, and flag baggage, customs and entry points in the quote. Availability and price depend on the airline and route.
Are there church mission travel deals or volunteer travel flights?
We compare fares for church and volunteer teams for your destination and dates, and quote group pricing from 10 travelers. We cannot promise a specific price before a quote is confirmed.
How big does a team need to be for a group fare?
Group pricing starts at 10 travelers. Teams of fewer than 10 still get a specialist quote, and we’ll tell you honestly which option is best.
What deposit is needed to hold the seats?
Group deposits are $50 per person for domestic trips and $200 per person for international trips. Your quote confirms the amount and the date it’s due.
When is final payment due?
Final payment, the official passenger name list and ticketing are due 45 to 75 days before departure, depending on the airline. Your quote shows the date for your trip.
How can a group pay?
We can arrange payment by ACH bank transfer or Zelle for the whole group, and your specialist will walk you through it. Individual travelers can also choose to pay for their own seat over time on eligible bookings.
Can each person pay separately?
Yes. Each traveler can pay for their own seat. On eligible bookings they can choose to pay over time with Affirm, which shows the terms and may run a credit check. Every seat must be fully paid by the group’s final payment date.
Can some travelers extend their trip or fly separately?
Often, yes. If the airline can’t offer an acceptable fare for the change, we work to accommodate every traveler at a fair price. Tell us early.
What happens if plans change or we cancel?
We handle group changes and cancellations for you, but airline rules and fees apply. They are set out in your group quote.
Do you handle visas and documents?
We can flag visa and document requirements for your destination in the quote, but each traveler is responsible for their own entry documents. Check official government guidance before you travel.
Do you work with organizations, not just churches?
Yes. NGOs, schools and businesses use the same group tools, and an Organization account keeps a year of booking history for reporting.
