The trip is not over when you land. After a long flight you still have to find your way from the airport to where you are staying, often at night, often in a city you do not know. An airport transfer, booked in advance, means someone is expecting you and the price is agreed before you leave home.
How airport transfers work
- Add a transfer to your search. Tick “Transfer”, choose airport to hotel, hotel to airport or both ways, and tell us how many people and bags.
- Share your flight details. Your quote is based on your arrival time, so a late or delayed flight is not a problem. Tell us your flight number once it is confirmed.
- Get a combined quote. We reply with your flights and the transfer together. The transfer is optional.
When a transfer is worth it
- Late arrivals. If you land after dark, a pre-arranged ride is simpler and safer than looking for a taxi.
- First visit to a destination. You do not need to negotiate a price or work out the local options with luggage in your hands.
- Groups and families. One vehicle for everyone, with enough room for bags, is easier than several taxis.
- Early departures. A booked pick-up for a 5 a.m. flight removes the worry of finding a ride.
Transfers for teams, students and mission trips
Moving a team from the airport to a guesthouse, a campus or a mission site is one of the first things that can go wrong. Tell us the group size and where you are heading, and we will include the transfer with your mission travel, student travel or group flights.

Can I book an airport transfer with my flight?
Yes. Tick “Transfer” when you start your search, choose the direction and tell us the passengers and bags. A specialist adds it to the same quote, and it is optional.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number once it is confirmed so the transfer can follow your arrival time. How delays are handled depends on the provider, and your quote explains it.
Can I book a transfer both ways?
Yes. Choose “Both ways” in the search for airport to hotel and hotel to airport.
Can you arrange transfers for a group?
Yes. Tell us how many people and bags are traveling and where you are going, and we will quote suitable vehicles.
Is an airport transfer cheaper than a taxi?
Not always. The benefit is a price agreed in advance and someone expecting you. For some short trips a taxi can cost less, and we will tell you if that is the case.
How do I pay for a transfer?
The transfer is in the same quote as your flights, so you pay together. On eligible bookings you can choose to pay over time.
