How booking a hotel with your flight works

- Get one quote. A specialist replies with flight options and stays that fit your dates and budget, so you see the whole cost in one place.
- Confirm what you want. You can take the flights and the stay together, or just the flights. The stay is always optional.
What to check before you book a hotel
- Arrival time. If your flight lands late at night, check the hotel has 24-hour reception and tell us so the first night is covered.
- Cancellation rules. Free-cancellation rates usually cost more. Compare what each rate allows before you decide.
- Airport distance and transfers. A cheaper hotel far from the airport can cost more once the ride is added. You can add an airport transfer to the same quote.
- What is included. Breakfast, Wi-Fi and taxes are often listed separately, so compare the total, not the headline rate.

Is a hotel and flight package cheaper than booking separately?
Not always. We compare current prices for your dates and tell you the total either way, so you can decide. We cannot promise a price before a quote is confirmed.
Can you book hotels for a group or mission team?
Yes. Tell us how many rooms and how many people share each one, and we will quote the stay with your group flights.
What if my flight arrives late at night?
Tell us your arrival time. We check that the hotel can receive you late and can add an airport transfer so you are not looking for a taxi at midnight.
Can I cancel or change a hotel booking?
It depends on the rate. Your quote shows the cancellation rules for each stay before you confirm, so you know what is refundable.
Can I pay for my trip over time?
On eligible bookings you can choose monthly installments at checkout. The provider shows the terms first, and a credit check may apply.
