AirPool
Fly together. Plan it with your people.
Like carpooling for flights. Start a trip, share the link, and let your friends, classmates or team join in. Then send everyone to a travel specialist as one group.

How it works
Four steps from idea to quote.
- 1
Start a trip
Name it, say where you’re headed, pick dates or a window, and set how many seats you hope to fill.
- 2
Share the link
Send it on WhatsApp, text or email. Friends open the page and join in a click.
- 3
Send the group
When you’re ready, send everyone to a specialist as one request. You don’t have to chase a spreadsheet.
- 4
Everyone chooses
We price the trip and email each traveler. Each person decides, and pays for their own seat.

AirPool, answered.
What is an AirPool?
It’s like carpooling for flights. One person plans a trip and shares a link. Friends, classmates or teammates join. The organizer then sends the whole group to a travel specialist as one request, and we price it for everyone together.
Does joining cost anything or commit me to go?
No. Joining is free and nothing is booked or charged. You decide whether to go when you see a quote. Each traveler pays for their own seat.
Are seats held while we gather people?
No. Seats aren’t blocked at any stage of an AirPool, so people joining or leaving doesn’t change anyone else’s booking. Fares and availability can change before a quote is accepted, which is why a join-by date helps.
Do we get a group discount?
Group fares start at 10 travelers. An AirPool of 10 or more is flagged for group pricing, and our group desk handles it. Smaller pools are about planning together and getting one coordinated quote, not a lower fare.
Can everyone pay separately or over time?
Yes. Each traveler pays for their own seat, and on eligible bookings can choose to pay over time with Affirm. Eligibility and terms are decided by the provider, and a credit check may apply.
Who can see my details?
The AirPool page shows first names and a last initial only. Your email and phone go to the organizer’s specialist at TravelSource when the group is sent, and nowhere else. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian’s permission to join.
